Welcome back Fil-Canadian import model Misa Campo with open arms to kick off the New Year in style, after her initial cover stint six years ago. The car show legend is one of the most prominent figures in the digital realm (1.7 million-strong Facebook following, and 334 thousand combined IG-Twitter fans), which makes the fact that she doesn't let herself be consumed by it even more impressive.
Misa shares in her new magazine interview: “I’m not as active on social media as everybody else. I just like to live in the moment. I don’t really like to hold on to my phone to capture every moment as they go by.” Take note, social media junkies.
Credit her huge online fanbase to her quiet consistency, impeccable body of work, and the way she handles haters. “I feel like some people think that I’m a bitch. I honestly can’t really tell, maybe I could be?” says Misa. “I do try my hardest to be a nice person, to be nice to everyone. I think I have, like, a resting bitch face sometimes, so they’ll go, ‘she’s not nice,’ but, what can I do? I try to be true and just really authentic as possible with everybody.”
Her candid yet graceful answers prove that Misa isn't only a model by profession, but also a model netizen. That's why we didn't even think twice about having her back for the second time around!
