For heiress-turned-actress Ellen Adarna’s third FHM cover appearance, all three of these factors coalesced for a December feature that is wild at heart.

It was shot in the pine forests and beaches of the majestic Zambawood beach house, a sprawling piece of farmland property, where Mother Nature lent her hand in forging these iconic images. “I don’t know exactly what transpired,” she recalls. “At first, I was okay. Mainit lang. And then, all of a sudden, every time I’d blink, paitim na ng paitim yung nakikita ko. ‘Parang mahihimatay ata ako, kailangan ko ng tubig,’ I remember thinking. And then I fell. I was no longer in front of the camera. I was no longer in the frame.”
Ellen is referring to how the humidity affected her, making her faint while in the middle of our first layout. Being the pro that she is, she powered through the elements after recuperating for a short period of time, delivering a solid set of compelling photos that capture both her innate sensual side and her raw aggressiveness.
